Hello Vallejo Mill families!
I'm excited to start my fourth and final year on the PTA Board as President. Four years ago my family was new to California and new to Fremont so the first thing I did was attend a PTA meeting. Little did I know that a few months later I would a board member and running a major fundraiser virtually! I have 1 student at VM.
I strongly encourage all families to attend a meeting (they are all virtual) to learn more about how engagement in your PTA leads to success for our students. No previous experience needed and you may even make a friend or two.

Hello, Vallejo Mill! I'm James Laird. My son is in 5th grade. I've been on the PTA board for the past couple of years, and am serving as Parliamentarian this year. Getting a good education is critical for our children--I love feeling like I'm helping to support their learning, and Vallejo Mill's teachers and staff who work so hard for them.
